Hello All

I will kick this thread off - I ordered my 46mm Natural Titanium Series 10 at 5:03am on Friday, 9/20. This morning I received a notice from Verizon it was shipped via Fed Ex last night. Verizon’s app was able to process 2 orders quickly 1 for my watch and 2 My sons iPhone 16 pro 512 in black.

Super excited to go back to a more professional watch - I wasn’t using the ultra 2 features so it will be going to my son who currently has an ultra 1 - I will sale.

I posted this in the Apple.com Watch thread, but I ordered a S10 Jet Black Aluminum 46mm yesterday afternoon on a whim (as my S6 isn't as fast as it used to) and saw it was available Friday (I thought it'd take weeks). Got this confirmation earlier today, so I'm guessing West Chester PA is where most of the watches will be coming from 😄

I ordered on 9/13 and still showing 9/20 delivery, but no movement yet. Verizon still says not yet shipped and nothing showing up in FedEx or UPS.
 
Hmm…still no change in status with Verizon and nothing showing up in FedEx or UPS.

Anyone else get a delivery date of 9/20 and no shipping updates yet?

Is this UPS or FedEx? I've been checking both and haven't seen my watch order show up yet. Did you order from Verizon?
 
Well, I assume my watch won’t make it today. Still nothing showing up in UPS or FedEx and no shipped email from Verizon. Status in app says order confirmed and expected to arrive today. 😞
 
It’s official. I called Verizon and my order is delayed. I don’t know why their status page says it’s still being delivered today. How hard would it be to change it to delayed? Lol.

Thanks. I ordered via the app and was refreshing both FedEx and UPS like mad for the last couple of days, only to call Verizon this morning for a status update. 3-5 business days. Hoping to get some movement today, but won't hold my breath. In the meantime, setting up my iPhone 16PM.
 
Delivery for my black UW2 and 16PM was attempted this morning but they couldn't get into the building... hopefully they will redeliver tomorrow morning. If not, Monday it is!
 
I ordered my husband a jet black 46mm today after the $250 off offer on a new line and watch came back in my account
 
Has anyone not had any issues setting up their cellular plan apple watch series 10 titanium on Verizon number share plan with your iphone?

I've been talking with Verizon for 2 days only for the techs to say that the new apple watch series 10 is built for a standalone number so if someone was to text or call my on my watch and I didn't have my cell phone near me, they would have to call a completely new number. Also I wouldn't be able to share apps from my watch and phone. This new watch is going back!

Have you tried to activate it yourself? Utilizing the watch app or Verizon.com? Sometimes doing things without a rep works.
 
Getting really annoyed with Verizon about delaying my gold titanium 46mm with milanese loop. Ordered 9/18 with an original estimated delivery date of 9/27. Somewhere along the way, the estimate changed to 10/11, which is what is still says in the app and on their web site today but it hasn't actually shipped yet. Contacted VZW via chat today and was told it "might be shipping 10/25..." Their preorder system seems to be a completely mess! Has anyone else experienced similar issues?

I’m waiting on the gold with the slate Milanese loop from Apple. Ordered 09/24. Delivery window 10/16-10/23. No movement yet.

I just cancelled it and re-ordered with the sport loop. I think the Milanese loop is the hold up.

You're probably right about the Milanese loop being the holdup, although my local Apple Store has it in stock ready for pickup today. If I hadn't paid for my VZW order with "Verizon Dollars", I would also cancel my order and go straight to Apple. Unfortunately, Verizon doesn't give you back your Verizon Dollars if you cancel your order.

In the meantime, Verizon updated their ship date to 10/25/2024, but are also still showing "Estimated to deliver on Oct 11" which makes me wonder if they've got a time machine that lets them deliver two weeks into the past. :rolleyes:

After cancelling and re-ordering with the grey sport band, my watch is out for delivery today.

I may get a Milanese loop later, but I'm worried it may scratch the watch. Hoping my blue alpine loop looks good on the new watch.

Finally gave up on Verizon and cancelled my pre-order. I'm picking up the identical watch tonight at my local Apple Store instead, where it's been available for pickup for several weeks now, and I don't think I'm ever going to pre-order from Verizon again. It turns into a nightmare every time!
