USAA Mobile Deposit

Is anyone having trouble with the USAA Mobile Banking app when trying to capture a photo of the check? The camera doesn’t ever seem
To “open” even though permissions are turned on. Other banking apps I have are all good. But this one, deleting/reinstalling doesn’t fix the issue. Screenshot attached.

Okay, just called USAA. It’s a known issue. The solution, for now, is to start the check capture in LANDSCAPE MODE. And the camera opens fine. They’re working on things, but this helps for now.
