Usage and Battery Questions

Do you guys turn your phone's off at all during bed? or is your phone constantly turned on but in sleep?!?!!?

Also do you charge your battery periodically when it gets down to 50 or so or only when it's gets all the way down? I don't wanna ruin my battery, lol

I never turn it off, but I do put it in airplane mode at night.

I don't think the phone is really designed to be turned on/off regularly, not that you'll break it or anything just that you'll not gain too much in turning off then putting it on airplane mode.

airplane mode does exactly what? just turn off all internet?
