Yes it would of, but I wanted a users perspective as I've lost 80% battery with 7hrs 15 mins 'usage'. But, ive only taken 4 phone calls (all less than 5 mins) and approx 20 mins surfing. All notifications are off so again, what has it been doing in this 'usage' period.

As noted in the support form, if you have your email schedule set to fetch, it counts that time spent fetching email. Also, if you leave your iPhone unlocked and on home screen or in an app, it counts that time towards usage as well.

Also, any apps in your multitasking tray that utilize the background API will also be counted towards your usage time.

Could be a corrupted IPSW file. Try a restore as new. Make sure you backup first.
