usage keep going in standby

hi all
i have a problem since a month..

my iphone 4 while in standby continues working..

i have done a test,i put my iphone in airplane mode,wifi off,push off...
after 40minutes i get 40minutes of standby(this is ok :)) and 10minutes of usage!!!why i get these 10minutes if i didn't use it?

i have just restored my iphone 4 as a new one but it didn't fix the problem!

this problem drains battery..


help :(
