Usage of cheap QI chargers

When i got the iPhone 8. I bought two cheap QI chargers in China. They work perfectly but i tend to put my phone on them every time i am not using it. Sometimes the battery usage does not come below 80 during the day. Would this be bad for the phone or is the behavior ok.
 
It's fine. Batteries like being used and it in no way damages them. If it did then the apple website would tell you not to do it.
