Usage time rising while locked! 3GS

Hello guys, i already did search for this but haven't been able solve it.

My phone is a new bootrom 3gs, running 3.1.3. Spirit JB.

The thing is, the phone usage time is rising while its locked, almost 25 minutes per hour.

Push is off, fetch manually, bluetooth off, location off, wifi off, etc etc.. only 3g is on, but turning it off doesn't make much difference.

Don't know what else to do, battery goes very fast with minimum usage.

Have you rebooted the phone and then checked to see if the problem persists?

Yes, after rebooting the phone problem persists... i just erased all of my apps to test..

Do a reset all settings (NOT an erase all), and this should put your phone back to the state it was in when you got it (you’ll have to reset voicemail and wifi passwords).

Deleting all the apps is kind of drastic, but that’ll narrow it down to not being an app issue, I guess.
