Usage time = Standby time?

Hey guys, I just jailbroke with redsn0w to untether my iphone4 on 4.3.2.

Installed lockinfo, notifiedpro, winterboard, but when I resprung, I noticed my usage time was equivalent to the standby time.

Is this an issue related to the jailbreak, or is it because I resprung?

And what do I need to do to fix it?
