USB 3.0 hub? does it exist?

hi,

i use a lot of peripheral on my Retina macbook pro, and i need some sort of hub, since the macbook only has 2 USB 3.0 ports.

are there any good hubs out there? are there any thunderbolt > USB 3.0 hubs? wouldn't that be better
