Im looking for USB 3.0 hub but most of them are not well made like made in china. The price range is under $20 and I need at least 5 ports in order to plug my usb electronics. I tried eBay and amazon but couldn't find what I need.

Your budget seems arbitrary since it's not based on search results. I got a four-port Belkin for about US$75. I'm sure it was made in China but I am also confident it meets safety standards.
