Have you looked into the Anker Uspeed 10 port USB 3.0 aluminum hub? Looks way better than the 7 port one.

They both use the same VIA chipset, and I just prefer the design, although I agree that it's huge. The Belkin USB 3.0 hub looks just like it, but it has only 4 ports. IMHO, it fits the Mac best in terms of design.

I hope Belkin upgrades their old 4- and 7-port aluminum hubs though, they were really awesome:
