USB 3.0 Win7 problem

I have a mid2013 Macbook Air with a bootcamp install of Win7 64bit. When I plug in my WD My Passport Ultra 2TB Portable External USB 3.0 Hard Drive, Windows says it can perform faster if it's plugged into a USB 3.0 port. I though all the ports on the MBA were 3.0. Is it a driver problem?
