USB Audio not working anymore

I connect to my Yamaha rx-v677 Amp via Lightning to USB cable to play music. after upgrading my iphone 8 plus, this is not working anymore (iphone is not recognized anymore, and doesn't even charge).

is this a feature (e.g. due to new security restrictions)?
