Since I have an iBook, it lacks a true line-out. I would like to hook my stereo up to my iBook, but wish to bypass the headphone jack (therefore bypassing the computer's volume).

Does anyone know of an inexpensive usb to line-out solution?

Thanks!

The imic is a nice little piece of technology that will give you line in and line out, and is pretty cheap at $40. If i get the mac mini this will probably be my first accessory so I can use Garageband with my bass. I'm sure there are some people here who have used this product. Could someone leave a quick review?
