Any suggestions for troubleshooting this issue will be greatly appreciated. I was plugging along on my 2010 Mac Pro hex 3.33GHz this morning running 10.10.3 beta, and USB suddenly stopped working. The bluetooth icon in the menubar is showing a horizontal sawtooth squiggle instead of the usual bluetooth icon. I have a Mac Video Cards bluetooth card installed for Yosemite Continuity and Handover features. Front and rear USB ports on the Mac Pro seem to be out, as are the daisy-chained ports in my Cinema Display and wired Apple keyboard.
Update: USB spontaneously started working again, but the bluetooth is still showing the horizontal squiggle (not available). Weird...
Updated update: USB from back port thru Cinema Display thru wired keyboard is working. But front ports on the Mac are still acting funny. An iPhone plugged into one of the front ports is charging, but not seen as connected in iTunes. If I plug the iPhone in thru the keyboard, iTunes launches and the iPhone connects.
Final update: Chris at Mac Video Cards recommended PRAM reset, which appears to have resolved my problem. USB and bluetooth are back to normal (knock wood)
