USB/BT Not working

My bluetooth dissapeared and usb stopped working today when I tried installing a fix to the 10.5.6 dfu problem. They only work when I go into safe mode. Is their a way to fix this? Maybe installing my leopard upgrade cd? How can i restore the usb drivers?
