Yes you want "Power Delivery" , quick charge 3 is not the same as power delivery afaik.

source: cygnett powerbanks have two different advertisings: quick charge 3.0 compatible and Power Delivery compatible for iPhones+... the more expensive one had the Power Delivery pricetag while everything else had quick charge 3.0 or equivalent in Australia... your mileage might vary.
 
anyone have any history with any of the above chargers? Reviews are all mixed....
