USB-C hub for m1 max MBP?

Folks, I have seen some threads where people report issues with hubs and say that a hub is destroying their MBPs.
Can you recommend best, top quality hubs?
 
We've been using Anker Model A8346 hubs with our M1s and haven't had any issues. A bit basic but supports pass-through charging.
