Usb-C To Lightning Adapter

So right now im using a iPad Pro and An iPhone SE, i really want to use my iPad charger with my iPhone, i have a usb c to lightning adapter, is it safe to use the adapter without the mfi?

Not Recommended for charging (Data transfer might be ok) as they have different output for watt.
