usb-c to usb adapter experience

i purchased the new macbook pro yesterday along with the usb-c to usb adapter

i was posting in here because the macbook has been using usbc techonlogy for awhile and wanted to see if anyone has had any issues with the usb-c to usb adapter...

i will be using it for plugging in my external segate portal drive for mac and a usb 3.0 flash drive. it shoud have no compatiblity issues with those two devices???

no issues here (use a small hub, and a tiny usbA-to-usbC adapter; use several bus-powered hard drives, usb speakers, flashdrives...
