As soon as pricing is set for the new Edirol PCR-1 Audio Interface & MIDI Keyboard Controller I plan to purchase one. Which USB cable (PCR-1 to Mac) do you recommend to purchase? In other words, is there any brand of USB cable that would be better suited to this function as opposed to another brand of USB cable?

USB is USB. Buy one the right length for your needs, nothing more difficult than that.
