USB Car Adapter for fast iphone lightning charging?

Does anyone know what power output I would need to look for in order to "fast charge" my iphone 5 in the car?
I'd rather buy a USB charger and a lightning cable separately rather than buying something like the Belkin where I can only charge an iDevice.
