USB connection issue

Anyone else having problems with the USB side of the lightning cable?

As I'm syncing the i5 it keeps dropping connection, I wasn't sure which end it was at first, but if I barely move the USB side on my mbp it disconnect an I have to start syncing again..

Does the same thing while plugged into the charger as well.
