USB Devices Disables, NOTHING PLUGGED IN.

Every time I boot up my Macbook Pro I get the "USB Devices Disabled" message, that something is drawing too much power. but NOTHING is plugged in. How can i fix this? I need the USB and SD Card Slot for school/ projects.
