USB devices work perfectly on my USB hub on windows (boot camp) but doesn't work on MacOS

For example, my wireless mouse works perfectly on my USB hub while running windows on my MacBook Pro. My mouse has heavy latency or doesn't work at all when on Mac OS in general or in the BIOS when I'm choosing which drive to boot in. Is there a fix for this problem?
