Hello,
I have a software package that requires an USB-dongle to operate.
I have tried parallels and crossover, but although I can install the software it will not run. The system doesn't recognize the USB-dongle. It's not the standard USB key, e.g. memory sticks, but more akin to the old serial keys (physical hardware keys) of yore.
If I can't get these keys to work, I am forced to wipe clean my harddisk and install windows. Dual booting every 5 minutes is clearly not an option.
Please help, I don't want to go back to full usage of windows.

edit:
I tried two different versions of parallels, crossover (wine) and Q and VirtualBox.
Although I did not expect it to work with VMWare - because it so similar with parallels, it did.
Bye bye, bootcamp.
