iPod touch Usb driver download for ipod touch

The ipod touch will not turn on and the battery was full and a hard reset will not work, dfu mode doesn't work, and now it is not recognized on my computer desktop, itunes doesn't recognize it and windows doesn't recognize it. So i need a driver download that will let itunes recognize it so i can reset it and restore it from itunes! Can u help?

well its free as its sounds like a defect if the ipod is less than a year old

Did you try putting your touch into recovery mode (http://guides.macrumors.com/Restore_the_iPod_Touch)? If that doesn't work, try DFU mode (http://www.iclarified.com/entry/index.php?enid=1034 - this is for the iphone, but it works the same on touch.)
