USB drivers not recognized

Anyone here try to BOOTCAMP using USB 3.0?

I am trying to bootcamp using Yosemite but when Windows boot, no drivers work. Only my Thunderbolt cable will work. Wondering if it is because I am using a 3.0 cable.
