Hi all, i m using Mac Mini which has combo drive. I want to use external DVD writer using USB port. Which one will be compatible? Please help me with your useful suggestions.

Any external drive for Mac should work. You might also want to consider upgrading the internal drive. You should be able to find a compatible SuperDrive on eBay easily enough.
 
My vote goes to Pioneer brand, the 115D or 116D (215/216 if SATA). You've specified USB, which means you can go the 'economical' route and use a bare drive (no enclosure) with a USB adaptor kit.
