USB Ethernet Adapter A1277 to Win7

I am trying to get a device to be recognized on my MacAir Yosemite unit that runs Parallels 10. The Win 7 device display looks like it wants drivers for the adapter in order to recognize the device plugged into the usb port. Suggestions?
