USB flash disk drivers for Vista 32-bit on MBP.

Ok, with Bootcamp, I partitioned my HD and installed Vista 32-bit. Then started working with it without any problems, till I tried to transfer my Documents from my work computer. I copied my documents on a 16Gb flash disk and tried to paste on MBP with Vista/Bootcamp. It says "... please insert the driver disk for your hardware..."

I suppose that USB devices are all automatically recognized. Please help... Also USB HDs have the same problem on my MBP.
