Usb Flash Drive Freezing on my ibook G4??

Hi guys & girls,

I haven't had my ibook long as I brought it second-hand from a friend. Just recently I purchased a 32gb Flash Drive and copied about 15gb to it from the ibook before I re-formatted it etc. Now whenever I insert the flash drive into my ibook, it lets me look through folders for 1 minute or so and then completely freezes up the entire computer!!!

Anyone had any issues with this at all? Any help would be great.

Are you able to verify/repair the drive from Disk Utility?
