Hello,

i tried to install a bootable version of big sur on a 32gb lexar usb, and it failed to install, then when i try to erase it, i get a failed message.
and if i unplug it and plug it in i get a message that show ignore, eject or initialize. and if i inter the usb on windows laptop it appears then
disappears and i get a message that windows doesn't recognize the usb drive.

i never had trouble with the drive before, it was the first time i used it on my mac. is there anyway i can salvage it?
i even tried using diskutil in terminal to try and erase it that way, it gives me an error that it cannot find the disk name.
