I have a new USB 3.0 SP 64G Flash Drive that my (late 2013) iMac will not recognize.

The timeline:
Purchased over weekend, first used on this iMac, recognized right away when plugged in. It worked fine and I saved 30G of files on it.
Brought it to work on Monday to my DELL Windows Laptop, it worked fine.
Brought it back home to the iMac, and now it will not recognize it. I have other USB ports which I plugged it into, not recognized on any of them. I have other USB Flash drives, that work on those ports, so not a port issue.
I then went to Disk Utility, it's not there. I then went to USB under System Information, it's not there. Also Storage under System Information, not there.
I plugged it back into the DELL laptop, recognized just fine.
THEN, I plugged the Flash Drive into my wife's Macbook, and it recognized it just fine. Trouble shooting, I moved all the files onto her desktop, erased and reformatted the USB on her Mac, to (MS-DOS) FAT. Moved files back on, works fine on her Macbook.
Works fine on DELL.
Not recognized on my iMac.

I am aware it's just a $20 flash drive, but I just can not figure out why the iMac will not see it or how somehow I have unmounted or hidden this one specific Flash Drive. Any thoughts on the matter is greatly appreciated.

*Last note - this happened before updating to El Capitan. The update didn't help.
Thank you!
