USB/ FW Ports dead in Vista

Not sure what happened exactly but since today the USB and FireWire ports on the backside of my Mac Pro don't work in Vista. The ones in the front work but not the ones on the back.

All work fine under OS-X.

What went wrong? How can i solve this?

Actually i can re-load them in the device manager (manually) but these USB-ports in the back don't load automatically anymore!

Help!!! What's going on?!?
