Installed Maverick GM, and after that my WD my passport for mac doesn't show up when I plug it in. It does not show up in disk manager either.

It´s formatted with 2 partitions, fat32 and OS extended. Im thinking this has something to do with the problem. It works just fine on another Macbook air with 10.8.5 on it.

Try running "Verify Disk" on the MBA, and then try it again.

Its not showing, I can't choose "verify disk".
And as it turned out a USB-stick with fat32 didn't work either.

Could anybody try to plug something with fat32, to se if its only me?

You mentioned that it works fine on another machine - an MBA. I'm saying, try plugging it in there and do "verify disk".

Solved with the old ms windows trick, reboot the computer... Since I've bin using mac´s that trick has bin forgotten.
