usb hub for Airport extreme

Is there a certain type of USB hub that is required for the Airport extreme

to share a printer
and hard drive (used as time machine backup)

having a hard time finding an answer

Nope. USB is Universal, so any USB hub should work. If your hard drive is bus powered though, you MUST have a powered hub, otherwise, any $10 USB 2.0 hub will work.

You might want to think about getting a powered unit, particularly for HDD's.
Saves headaches at a minimum, and not expensive. Especially for peace-of-mind.

This is the one I picked up, has the same footprint as the Airport so it looks perfect sitting under it.
