I can't use the option key properly when using a USB keyboard, and modifier keys are not the solution. The key appears to be recognised (maximise will turn into a + on window) but it won't really work, like if I press on the window it will maximise instead of using + function. First noticed this when trying to see advanced wifi information, and anything that is revealed with the option key is not working with this keyboard, but will work on the MacBook itself.
