Usb mouse stops working on Unibody when awakened from sleep.

I just tested this at futureshop. The old white macbooks are fine, but the unibody when put to sleep and then waken up loses control of the USB mouse.WHY, is this an issue that may have been fixed by Apple already. Is futureshop not updating? Has any one experienced this. I have searched on this, but found nothing concrete. I have read of many issues with sleep and macbooks but nothing to this issue.

Any thoughts on this guys?
