USB Out to Stereo Mini Jack?

Hello all,

I have an InCharge Duo with a USB out for syncing, and I was wondering -- is it possible to use a USB-to-stereo-mini-plug cable to send audio to powered speakers?

Does such a cable even exist?

If not, is there a good charging dock with a mini stereo output?
