USB Overdrive X Settings Not Working

I just installed USB Overdrive X on my G4 iBook, and the settings are not working. I set the scroll wheel and up/down buttons for faster, but there was no change. I restarted the computer, but still no change. I changed the settings to the fast possible setting, but still no change at all.

Am I missing something?

Duff-Man says....more details please...what peripheral(s) are you attaching to your iBook to use USB O/D with? I use my Logitech MX500 with USB O/D and it does everything I ask of it....oh yeah!

Logitech MX510 Settings Not Working

The only peripheral I have connected to my iBook is my keyboard, and the mouse is connected through the keyboard. However, I tried connecting the mouse directly to the iBook, which makes no change at all.
