Is anyone aware of a USB-PD car charger that doesn't set your car on fire or blow your phone up?

Asking for a friend.

Seriously though, I can't seem to locate a USB-PD car charger to run my X or PH-1 off of when I have to use GPS. Any suggestions?

Belkin has a new one that they sell on their website and the Apple Store. Verizon Wireless also sells one that is less powerful but also cost less

I thought the Verizon one got pulled, and the Belkin one ultimately received an 'avoid at all costs' rating from the USB-C Spec God?

I can't find any reference to USB-PD (Power Delivery) on that product page. USB-C isn't a power rating, a charging standard, or a pizza topping. USB-C is a spec for a connector, that's all.
