I have just bought a wireless broadband USB Modem (iBurst/Kyocera) and installed the driver before attaching the device to my MacBook running Leopard.

The ISP Helpdesk ran me through deleting and reinstalling the driver, (it is the right driver for 10.5) He said ask Apple. But I thought the forum might know?

Although the modem lights work, this is not being identified as per the iBurst Installation Instruction Manual. A Box should appear in Network Preferences saying "New Port Detected", yet it aint.

Can anyone offer advice please?
