USB Ports on Apple Display Not Working

Hi all,

Wondering if anyone has a fix for this. Without any warning, the 2 USB ports on the back of my 17" Apple Display stopped working. This is the one with the transparent/polycarbonate frame.

Any ideas on how to fix the 2 ports on the display? I just got the might mouse too. The cable on that is too short to reach my desktop's USB ports.

make sure your ADC cable is firmly pluged in sometimes it can come loose and the usb ports stop working.

Same as Hector. I had this problem too.

all the usb pins are on one side so if the cable is pushed away from that side the usb ports will stop working, the power pins are their too but they are allot bigger.

Thanks for the tip. The USB ports on my Apple Display are working again!

It took a few tries of unplugging and re-plugging but everything is fine now.
