USB Problem - Helj

Hey,

I dont know if its the way I am trying to put it in, but my second USB port (the one closest to the MagSafe port), but I cant seem to get my USB lead into it. Is there any way to check to see if its ok, like can my MacBook tell me if they'res a problem with the USB port?

Any advice would be appreciated
