USB Problems

Hello.
The picture below basically explains my problem while trying to connect my 2nd Gen iPod Touch.

Is it being connected directly to the MBP or through a hub? Have you tried a different USB port?

It is directly to the MBP. And I have just tried the other USB port and the same problem occurred. Any ideas?
