USB Restore Disk with Windows and Lion

Anyone here have experience in creating a USB restore disk that has Windows, Lion and maybe even Linux? I want to have one USB drive to restore all OSes.

I have seen this on LifeHacker:

However I don't know if you can put Lion on it as well. It would be great to put all my OS installers on one USB drive.
