Hey guys... got a cheap, no-name USB sound card here. Connected to my new MBP, it's detected as a USB sound device, but no sound comes out when I try to play through. Didn't really expect it to work but it would be nice if I could get it going. I've got the Logitech Z-5500 speaker set, and I want to use the 3 plug analogue connection.
At the moment I'm using the optical connection, which gets me surround sound fine, but only if I force it to use a Dolby Pro Logic mix, which is useless for games (great for movies and music though.)
