USB Soundcard for 5.1 speakers?

I'm looking for a USB soundcard that will support 5.1 audio on a Mac. There are a lot of products on Amazon that claim to do that, but some of them have reviews stating 5.1 audio doesn't work on Macs. Does anyone have any recommendations?
