USB speed sucks with VMware!

I am trying to copy large file from one USB disk to another USB disk while using Fusion. In a true XP environment, it takes about 45 minutes for this transfer... in Fusion it takes about 110 minutes! :eek:

Is this best I can expect or is there something I can tweak?
